NCAAB Pick: Georgetown -5
I like Georgetown to cover the 5 points in this game. The Hoyas played an uncharacteristically bad game in the first meeting and lost by 12 at Pitt. Georgetown shot terribly from the field and grabbed only 6 offensive rebounds on 31 missed shots, which is well below their season percentage. Pitt had a 12 made FT edge, which is likely to be limited on a neutral court. Georgetown should be able to defend much better against a Pitt team that heads into this game with a bit of momentum (won two out of three after a five games losing streak 1-4 ATS in that stretch), but this is a tough match up for Pitt as Georgetown has a size advantage in this game and have multiple scoring options in the frontcourt. -Patrick Webb

NBA Pick: Cleveland Cavaliers +10
The Nuggets have won 4 in a row but haven’t shown consistently that they can be trusted laying this many points. The Nuggets are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games as a favorite, 2-8 ATS in their last 10 home games and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games as a home favorite of 5.0-10.5 points. The Cavs have lost 6 in a row but 4 of those losses came by 9 points or less. The Cavs are only losing on the road by an average score of 99.2 to 93.9, and the Nuggets are only winning at home by an average score of 102.3 to 99.6. I think odds makers are giving Denver a few too many points here. Take Cleveland. -Jimmy Boyd

NCAAB Pick: Robert Morris +1
Morris to me despite the worse conference record is the better team because they play defense. However, I think they win this game with their relentless pressure defense that has forced 15.6 turnovers and 8.5 steals per game. They forced 19 and 11 steals in the first match up. LIU is prone to turning the ball over 16.1 times a game and they’ll also be at a considerable disadvantage on the offensive boards leading to second chance opportunities for Morris. Morris is +4.5 offensive rebounds on the season and LIU is -2.1. Expect that to play a critical role in a tight game. LIU is hosting so tons of public has flocked to take them but I stand by the better team in this one. -Freddy Wills

NBA Pick: Celtics vs. 76ers Under 177.5
On Wednesday the Free NBA Totals system as seen below is on the Under in the Boston at Philadelphia game. Rotation numbers 601/6-2 at 7:05 eastern. This game fits the totals system below which has cashed 12 of the last 13 times to the under since 2004. We want to go under for home favorites with 1 day of rest line Philly if they has a prior total of 180 or higher and scored 90 or more points on the road , vs an opponent like Boston that played their last game at home. The Sixers have shot under 40% the last 2 and have gone under all 8 times off a straight up favored loss, this season 16 of 22 at home, 21 of 29 times when favored. In the series 3 of the past 4 have played under. Look for a low score bore tonight. On Wednesday I have a Powerful hoops card led by the 22-0 Highest Rated Big 12 Conference tourney game + a 41-4 Blowout Angle, 22-1 Dog with Bite that wins outright angles and a 16-1 TV power angle Winner. Last night we Cashed Big with Villanova. Jump on and get on the giving end of Hump day. For the free play take the under in the Boston at Philadelphia game. -Rob Vinciletti

NCAAB Pick: Texas A&M +1.5
Oklahoma is 2-9 ATS since 1997 against poor offensive teams scoring 64 points per game or less after 15 or more games. Texas A&M is allowing only 61.1 points per game overall this year. Texas A&M is 5-1 SU and ATS overall vs Oklahoma the past 3 years. Aggies are 20-8 ATS in their last 28 Wednesday games. Aggies are 41-17 ATS in their last 58 games following a SU loss. Aggies are 9-4 ATS in their last 13 games overall. Aggies are 9-4 ATS in their last 13 vs. Big 12. Sooners are 6-13 ATS in their last 19 vs. Big 12. Sooners are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 neutral site games as a favorite. Sooners are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games following a SU win. Sooners are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games vs. a team with a losing SU record. Sooners are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games as a favorite. Aggies are 5-0 ATS in the last 5 meetings. We’ll recommend a small play on Texas A&M tonight! Thanks and good luck, Rocky Atkinson

College Basketball Picks: Bet St. Joe’s, UConn and Princeton on March 6th 2012

College Basketball Pick: St. Joseph’s -9
A lot of people are going to look and see that Charlotte went on the road and beat St. Joseph’s 57-52 back on Jan. 7 as a 9.5-point underdog and instantly side with the 49ers again in this one. I’m not buying into that. St Joseph’s finished the year 11-3 at home which is a very good sign that the first game was a bit of a fluke. I guarantee the Hawks’ players haven’t forgot about losing to Charlotte. Look for St Joseph’s to come extremely motivated and focused on making sure they take Charlotte seriously. Not only have the Hawks been a good home team straight up, but they are 9-2 ATS in their last 11 games as a home favorite and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games vs. a team with a losing road record. This play becomes even stronger with St Joseph’s loss straight up and ATS at St Bonaventure in their last game. The Hawks are 13-3 ATS in their last 16 games following a S.U. loss and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following a ATS loss. BET ST JOSEPH’S! 31-21 L52 PLAYS OVERALL! College Basketball Pick: UConn -10
Start your day off right by taking Connecticut and -9.5. DePaul closed the season with a fairly big upset taking down Seton Hall in a blowout, but had lost 9 straight to that point and were 1-3 ATS as a dog before the Seton Hall upset. UConn bounced back from end of the season struggles to defeat Pitt in their last game. UConn has won the last 6 meetings and covered big numbers in the last three. The Huskies have three tangible advantages in this game- a huge rebounding edge, more scoring options and better team defense. UConn also will likely get a bit of a bounce from the return of Calhoun full time, while DePaul may have little left in the tank after a rough season and a big regular season win. UConn 78 Depaul 53 -Patrick Webb

College Basketball Pick: Princeton -3.5
On Tuesday the Free Ivy league play is on Princeton. Game 564 at 7:30 eastern. Princeton has covered 8 of 10 vs winning teams and are a solid 7-0 at home when the total is 120 to 130. They have won and covered all 4 times as a home favorite from -3.5 to -6 and 13 of 17 vs an opponent who allows 64 or less. They are also a super 9-1 with road loss revenge. Penn has lost 8 of 11 on Tuesday nights and 4 of the last 5 in the series. Look for Princeton to get some revenge here tonight. On Tuesday there are 3 Plays up led by the 22-0 Big East Game of the Year and 100% NBA Totals Angle that averages 219 points per game. I also have an NHL Dominator with Several Key Angles. Monday Top NCAAB Play cashes. Jump on now and get on the winning side of Tournament week. For the free play take Princeton. -Rob Vinciletti

NCAAB Pick: Northwestern +116
Northwestern is a tough style match up for Iowa. They forced Iowa into terrible shots, had a TO margin of +11 and out shot Iowa from the three point line (13 for NW to 7 for Iowa). Iowa doesn’t have the steady guard play to consistently defeat Northwestern’s trapping defense and doesn’t have the kind of consistent three point shooting to break them out of that style of defense. Iowa is getting consistent play out of shooting guard Matt Gatens who is hitting for a 70% clip from three in his last four games and will be playing his final regular season game at home. I look for Northwestern to come out hitting from the perimeter early and force Iowa to play catch up all game. I just don’t see Iowa being able to overcome a lead in this game as Northwestern is content to run clock, will get quality shots and will really eliminate fast break points for Iowa in this game. Coming off a rough night in NCAA hoops (0-4 all in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament), Patrick is looking to bounce back in a big way with a huge slate to choose from on Saturday and several vulnerable sides and total plays today. -Patrick Webb

NCAAB Pick: UNLV -10
UNLV is off an embarrassing road loss, blowing a 16-point lead, but now they come home. They won’t be in a good mood and face a Wyoming club that is 0-4 ATS in their last 4 road games. UNLV is a perfect 16-0 at home this season and the Runnin’ Rebels are 6-2 ATS in their last 8 home games. Look for a huge bounce back effort by the home team. Play UNLV! -Jim Feist

NCAAB Pick: North Carolina -120
Tar Heels (+) over Blue Devils- This is why we look college basketball, here are two of the hugest rivals entering their final game tied for the conference regular season title at 13-2 and both with identical over all records of 26-4. Blue Devils have won the last two and five of the last six meetings and have won their last seven games. So, why so little respect, a pick em at home where they should be at least 3-point favorites no matter who they are playing. Overall, the Tar Heels are bigger and deeper and they can stay out of foul trouble tonight they win…NORTH CAROLINA! -Chip Chrimbes

NCAAB Pick: Virginia Cavaliers -4
My money is on Virginia to come away with at least a 5-point win at home over a talented Florida State team. The Cavaliers are an impressive 13-2 at home this season, while Florida State is just 5-7 on the road. The Seminoles have some pretty ugly losses on the road. They lost by 20-points at Clemson, loss to a Boston College team that is 4-11 in ACC, and just lost by 16 at Miami last time out. What makes this an even strong play is the fact that this is senior night for Virginia, as they get ready to play their last home game of the season. The Cavaliers will be plenty motivated after a heartbreaking 51-54 loss at home to North Carolina in their last game. That loss actually adds even more power to this play, as the Cavaliers are 11-3 ATS after a loss by 6 points or less over the last 3 seasons. Virginia is also 14-4 ATS when playing against a good team (Win Pct. 60% to 80%) over the last 2 seasons and 13-4 ATS versus good defensive teams – allowing

NCAA Pick: Wagner -10.5
On Thursday the Free NCAAB Play is on the Wagner Sea hawks. Game 768 at 7:00 eastern. We dont see a line on these guys from Staten Island, New York too often. Tonight However, we will take advantage of a huge revenge situation in this one. Wagner defeated Central Connecticut St earlier in the season and were beat by them in the rematch on Saturday, in perhaps their worst loss of the season. Wagner should bounce back big here tonight led by Southern. Mississipi transfer, and lock down point guard Kenneth Ortiz. When Properly motivated as they should be here tonight we have seen what these guys can do. This year they have done things that are rarely done from their conference. They have gone on the Big East road and beat Pittsburgh Handily, as a 13 point dog and have a close loss at U.Conn and road wins over Princeton, Santa Clara and Penn this season. Some of their losses were real tight this season too. They have won 11 of 13 vs losing teams and 12 of 14 off 3+ road games. Now they come back to the Spiro center to serve up revenge on a C.Conn. St teams that has dropped 8 of 11 vs winning teams. Its highly unlikely they will shoot over 50% for a 3rd straight game and I expect a much better defensive effort from Wagner here tonight. Look for Wagner to coast to a win and cover. On Thursday the lead plays are the NBA Total of the week on TNT from a 44-10 totals System, a 5* Double system NBA Side, a 23-1 Double Angle Dog with Bite, and Late Conference tourney winner. Jump on and cash out tonight. For the free play were going to Staten Island and taking Wagner. -Rob Vinciletti. NCAAB Pick: Quinnipiac -130
Originally I liked St. Francis, but picked to finish 11th in the NEC they’ve already out done themselves and have had a great season if they lost in the first round of the tournament. They play Quinnipiac who is a favorite in this game for a reason. They are the better team and they just so happened to lose twice this season to St. Francis. Beating a team 3 times is tough especially since Quinnipiac had won 10 straight before the two losses over St. Francis (NY). Expect Quinnipiac to bounce back and move on in the tournament. -Freddy Wills

NCAAB Pick: LSU -1
LSU is 7-7 in the SEC, one game behind Tennessee, so they will be fired up for this one against an SEC rival. LSU is playing well, on a 4-1 SU/ATS run winning twice as a dog. They won’t be in a good mood after their worse loss of the season, 72-48 at Ole Miss. This is the second straight road game for Tennessee, a team that is 3-7 ATS in their last 10 road games and 4-10 ATS in their last 14 road games vs. a team with a winning home record. The LSU Tigers are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 home games and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games following a S.U. loss. Play LSU. -Jim Feist

NCAAB Pick: Marquette +1.5
Free Play from Doc’s Sports. #531 Take Marquette +1.5 over Cincinnati (7 pm ESPN 2) The Golden Eagles just continue to win basketball games and we will continue to ride them with these low numbers since they may have the best backcourt in the country. Marquette is 13-3 in the Big East and they have lost just one game since January 8th. The Golden Eagles won the first meeting of the season by 17 points scoring 95 points in that affair and home court will not be enough to overcome that wide of a margin. Marquette is 20-7 ATS in their last 27 games as an underdog. Cincinnati is 3-9 ATS in their last 12 home games. NCAAB Pick: Maryland +17.5
North Carolina needs to win this game to have a chance at winning the ACC title and possible earning a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, as they have a huge game at Duke on Saturday. With that said, I think North Carolina will this game, just not by 18 points. The Tar Heels had their trouble against Maryland on the road, holding on for a 83-74 win. The Terrapins have nothing but pride and a chance to shock one of the best teams in the country. Look for them to come out with their best effort tonight, while the Tar Heels struggle to keep their focus on this game and not look ahead to the big game against the Blue Devils. Duke faltered in a similar role last night, as they failed to cover a large line at Wake Forest, winning 79-71 as a 12.5-point favorite. North Carolina also failed to cover the game against Maryland, which just so happened to be before their earlier game against Duke. BET THE TERRAPINS! -Steve Janus.
