University of Portland  is up trending in my power rankings and own some key late season momentum as they enter this  West Coast Conference road trip to San Francisco . The Pilots have revenge on board for a loss they suffered at home to the Dons, on Dec 30th and will be primed  and motivated to get some payback here tonight. Portland swept Pepperdine and Loyola Marymount at home last week and have now won four of the last six games. The two losses during the run have come against nationally ranked opponents in Gonzaga and Saint Mary’s. This is a program that must be respected, as HC  Terry Porter’s 2017 recruiting class was ranked No. 10 nationally by HoopScoop. The class was the highest rated in the WCC and No. 2 nationally among mid-majors. Needless to say this team is a viable underdog in this spot.

PORTLAND is 11-2 ATS L/13  in road games after 3 straight games committing 14 or less turnovers.

CBB Home favorites of 10 to 19.5 points (SAN FRANCISCO) – after 4 straight games forcing opponent to commit 11 or less turnovers against opponent after 5 straight games forcing opponent to commit 14 or less turnovers are 13-43 ATS L/21 seasons for a 77% conversion rate for bettors.
