Pick: Los Angeles Clippers +11
As you all know, Oklahoma City has clinched a playoff spot while L.A. is out. These two teams met on Saturday with the Clipper’s beating the Thunder, 98-92. That victory gave Los Angeles 2 wins in the teams 3 meetings this season. It doesn’t look like OKC can improve on their playoff situation. The team seems to be in line to face Denver in the first round. Blake Griffin is from Oklahoma City. I expect the standout Forward to dazzle his hometown crowd tonight. Griffin and Guard Eric Gordon have had much success this year vs. the Thunder. Kevin Durant is leading the NBA in scoring with 27.8 PPG. However, against the Clipper’s, the Forward has averaged 20.0 PPG and 35% shooting. Laying DD’s is not something that OKC has been successful in doing as they are 1-3-1 ATS their L5 laying 10+ points. This is way too many pints to be giving to a Blake Griffin-led Clipper’s squad. L.A. is 10-2 ATS their L12 games played at OKC, 17-7 ATS their L24 overall vs. OKC, and 6-2 their L8 vs. teams with a winning record. OKC is 3-7-1 ATS their L11 vs. the West, 1-3-1 ATS their L5 at home, and 1-4 ATS their L5 vs. the Pacific. Take Los Angeles. Thank you. -Joseph D’Amico

Pick: Los Angeles Lakers -6.5
Golden St is 34-44 straight up this year. The Warriors are 3-7 ATS their last 10 games as underdogs. The Warriors and they are 0-4 ATS when playing with no rest. Golden St is 1-7 ATS their last their last 8 games following a straight win. The Warriors are 0-4 ATS their 4 games vs. NBA Pacific teams. The Lakers are 55-22 straight up this year. The Lakers are 15-5-1 ATS their last 21 road games vs. a team with winning home record. Kobe and company are 7-1 ATS their last 8 road games. The Lakers are 8-3 ATS their last 11 meetings at Golden St. The Lakers are 4-1 ATS when playing with no rest. PLAY ON LA LAKERS -Tom Freese. (Handicapperspicks.com)

Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics
NBA Pick: Miami Heat -1.5 -110 odds – February 13th 2011

In a same-season double revenge mode and with a dismal 2-17 SU and 5-14 ATS record in the last 19 meetings against Boston, it’s time for Miami to take a stance in this series. The Heat makes the trek to Beantown playing some of their best basketball of the season and they need to let the Celtics know that they can win a game especially on the Garden floor.

Currently on a nifty 8-0 SU and 6-2 ATS run, LeBron, Wade and Bosh are in a zone right now. Miami has performed well as road chalk too notching a respectable 25-12 ATS record in its last 37 games. In this role facing a team that enters without momentum off a straight up loss, the Heat improves to a sensational 13-4 ATS!

Off back-to-back straight up losses to Charlotte and the LA Lakers, Boston takes the floor right now looking to keep pace in the Eastern Conference standings. Unfortunately, the Celtics aren’t exactly at full strength. The Shamrocks bench will be missing Shaq, Jermaine O’Neal, Delonte West and, possibly, Nate Robinson. Taking on the new-look Heat is a tall order for any NBA team. Doing it without a bench and a number of aging veterans on the floor is just asking for trouble.

This isn’t the greatest technical spot for Boston either. Surprisingly, at home checking in on a losing streak off two or more straight up losses, the Celtics are a soft 28-49 ATS Also, as a non-division home dog matched up against an opponent that owns a won/loss percentage of .698 or better, the Shamrocks have struggled posting a weak 14-38 ATS mark

With the top spot in the East on the line, the Heat will look to send the Celtics a message on Sunday afternoon. In a double revenge mode and at full strength, James, Wade and Bosh will get it done. Take Miami. Thank you and best of luck, Tom Stryker. (Handicapperspicks.com)

Pick: Milwaukee Bucks -7.5
The Toronto Raptors have really struggled on the road, checking into this contest at 0-5 ATS in their last 5 road games. Looking back, the Raptors are a poor 18-38-3 ATS in their last 59 games as a road underdog of 5.0-10.5 points. Milwaukee, meanwhile, has been strong in the favorite role. In fact, the Bucks are 6-2-2 ATS in their last 10 games as a favorite of 5.0-10.5 points. Also, the favorite is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings in this series. Off 4 straight defeats, expect the Bucks to be out for blood on their home floor tonight. It is worth noting that they are 24-9 ATS in their last 33 home games after 2 or more consecutive losses. The Raptors will be looking for some revenge after an overtime loss at home to these Bucks on Jan. 28. Revenge, however, isn’t likely tonight. Consider that plays against road underdogs of 3.5 to 9.5 points looking to avenge a loss in which its opponent scored 100 points or more, playing with 3 or more days rest, are 85-39 ATS since 1996. Teams fitting into this situation are losing by an average of 9.0 points. Bet the Bucks. -Jimmy Boyd

Pick: Philadelphia 76ers +4.5
On Tuesday the free NBA Play is on the Philadelphia Seventy Sixers. Game 501 at 7:05 eastern. The Sixers are 10-2 ats vs South East Division teams, 6-1 ats off a loss of 10 or more points, 21-9 ats with revenge and have covered 15 of 21 vs winning teams. Atlanta has taken a pair of tight games vs Philly this season. However they are 2-6 ats as a home favorite from -3.5 to -6 and 3-7 ats off 3 or more wins. They have also failed to cover in 5 of 7 games with 2 days rest. Look for the Sixers to hang around and give Atlanta another big game here tonight. Tale the Points with Philadelphia. On Tuesday I have the 24-1 ats Power system Non conference Game of the Month and the Highest rated Missouri Valley game that has 6 Power Angles. For the free Play take the Sixers and the Points. -Rob Vinciletti (Handicapperspicks.com)
